Social and recreational activities for seniors
The Cameron Seniors Society works with the Burnaby Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department in the provision of recreation, social, and cultural programs and services for seniors, including:
- Various offerings of arts and crafts groups and classes
- Games including cards, Mah Jong, and bingo
- Language discussion groups
- Choirs and music groups such as Erhu
- Floral arrangements, line dancing and more!
Membership: Please note that in order to participate in Cameron Seniors Society activities, you must have a valid Burnaby Seniors membership card. For registered Seniors Programs and for those Society Groups with limited capacity, Burnaby residents will be given the first opportunity to register. Non-resident registration will commence at a later day or time.
Membership may be purchased for one year at $21.00 + tax (single centre) or $52.50 + tax (multi-centre) at the Community Office. Please ensure that yours is up to date.
