- Individual/Family Support In-person or via Zoom: A team of registered professionals are available for counselling, artistic support, massage therapy and support groups. Please call or email for more information, and/or to be connected to a therapist. Available by appointment.
- Meditation & Council via Zoom: For those who feel drawn to some quiet time for reflection. Friends and family welcome. By donation. Open to all. Available on Mondays from 1:00pm to 2:30pm.
- Callanish Writes In-Person: Exploring life through the written word, within a supportive community. No writing experience required. By donation. Open to past retreat participants. Available typically on Tuesdays once a month from 1:30pm to 4:30pm.
- Creative Arts Circle: An invitation into the art studio for some gentle exploration of your creative side. No previous creative arts experience necessary. By donation (suggested range dependent on session). Open to past retreat participants. Available typically once a month on a Friday afternoon 1:30pm to 4:30pm.
- Physicians Writing Series via Zoom: For palliative and family physicians interested in using writing as a tool for discovery and self-reflection. This session offers an opportunity to explore the intangible aspects of medical practice, with a focus on meaningful elements that often go unnoticed. No prior writing experience is necessary. Open to previous retreat participants. Available typically every two weeks on a Monday evening 7:00pm to 9:30pm.
- The Circle: This support group is for those who have or have had cancer and are looking to connect with others in a safe space. Open to all. Available typically once a month on a Wednesday afternoon 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
