Helps families, child care providers, and the child care workforce in finding quality child care options, resources, and information.
The YMCA CCRR provides families, child care workforce and child care providers in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore, Belcarra, Burnaby, and New Westminster with child care referrals, resources, information and the support they need to raise happy and healthy children.

Offers various types of support for families searching for child care including:
  • Child care referrals based on families individual needs from their database of licensed family or group child cares.
  • Information and assistance regarding the provincial Affordable Child Care Benefit Program and Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative.
  • Tips on how to choose and evaluate child care programs
  • An informative and fun newsletter that includes program updates, child care news, resource highlights from our early learning library, articles of interest, family resources, and community events.
  • Information about local community resources and programs, such as family drop-ins, public health nurses, early intervention programs and much more
