Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) group psychotherapy workshop are structured, skill-building opportunities to help increase psychological flexibility to better manage thoughts and feelings.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an action-oriented form of psychotherapy that helps individuals develop psychological flexibility to manage difficult thoughts and feelings, enabling them to live a more meaningful life aligned with their values.

The Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) Workshop offered by Dr. Marie-Claire Bourque is a Psychiatrist-Led ACT Group Therapy that is a practical, MSP-Covered resource for lasting change. It is intended for patients feeling "stuck"—whether facing anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or burnout—our specialized ACT Group Therapy programs deliver evidence-based skills for meaningful transformation.
